My previous experience working as Department of Family Medicine for IU West Hospital, gave me interpersonal experience. I have an excellent track record of organizing teams and created a clear way of communication within our teams. My expertise in Operational Policy Planning makes me a great addition to your team. I was a team lead and one of my responsibilities was making sure our team is following the right procedures and rules when entering a data or talking to patients. We as a group also set the standards and weekly, we measure those standards.
